Job Description

As an intern, you will work across the following areas:

1. Thesis building:

   • Sector landscaping which would involve identifying different business models prevalent in a specific sector
   • Scouting / sourcing for startups within that sector, which would fit in the Fund’s investment thesis

2. Deal sourcing & founder outreach:

   • Reach out to founders for introductory conversations and maintain the deal pipeline
   • Build and update internal databases of startups, founders, and strategic ecosystem players
   • Prepare concise startup summaries and investment briefs

3. Deal evaluation:

   • Participating in startup calls to understand their business and learn how to evaluate businesses
   • Support commercial, technical, and market diligence processes
   • Prepare IC-ready materials such as memos, notes, and data rooms

4. Portfolio & fund support:

   • Help track portfolio company performance and MIS data
   • Support investor updates, dashboards, and internal reporting
   • Assist with ecosystem mapping (co-investors, strategics, advisors)

5. Events and ecosystem engagement:

   • Coordinate with other funds, incubators, and accelerators for co-hosted events
   • Represent the fund at relevant startup/VC ecosystem events
   • Identifying new connects, expand and maintain the fund network
