As a sector agnostic fund, we back founders leveraging deep technology / IP to differentiate their business models. Our investments have been across varied sectors AR/VR, Space-Tech, ConsumerTech, Autonomous Vehicles and Cyber Security.

We are based out of Bangalore and Mumbai, and are looking to augment our investment team with analysts.

Job description:

As an Analyst, you will work across the following areas:

1. Deal sourcing & evaluation:
   • Participating in startup calls to understand their business and learn how to evaluate businesses
   • Supporting Investment Team in initial deal evaluation and business diligence
   • Identifying new connects, expand and maintain the fund network
   • Managing the inbound deal-flow
2. Thesis building:
   • Sector and technology landscaping which would involve identifying different business models prevalent in a specific sector
   • Scouting / sourcing for startups within that sector, which would fit in the Fund’s investment thesis
3. Community building and other initiatives:
   • Supporting in PR efforts and social media channels (Twitter / LinkedIn)
   • Developing blog posts on different topics related to the VC / startup ecosystem
   • Attending various start up events

Criteria:

We are open to candidates from all background and experiences, but some potentially good fit factors include:

1. Work experience of 1-3 years in one of the following
   • Early stage start-up teams (engineering, product, GTM, analytics)
   • Early stage venture capital
   • Investment banking
   • Strategy consulting
2. A keen interest in new and emerging technologies, applications and trends
3. An understanding of fundamentals based business and finance principles
4. Ability to convey ideas in writing, both concise and in-depth when required
5. High degree of ownership, accountability, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity
